- Leaders within an industry niche;
- Defensible market position with proprietary technology, product or service;
- Serves markets with stable demand and manageable technology needs; and
- Talented management.
Chart Capital will invest in various sectors, with a focus on five areas:
- Defense, Security & Government Sectors;
- Consumer;
- Industrial / Specialty Manufacturing;
- Power & Energy Services; and
- Telecommunications & Media.
Chart Capital generally invests $10-25 million per transaction, but will invest larger or smaller amounts in select situations. We avoid real estate and early stage businesses.
