Gregory Frank
Greg is currently the Executive VP for Operations of the South Carolina Research Association. Prior to SCRA, Greg was the EVP of Battelle Science and Technology International where he was responsible for a $900mm P&L and more than 5,500 scientists, engineers and support staff. This division was focused on National Security; Health and Life Sciences; and Energy, Transportation and Environment. Greg earned his B.S. and M.A. from University of South Dakota and is a graduate of the Executive Management Program at Duke University. Greg also served as a Captain in the US Army. Greg currently serves as a director of Horne Engineering, Franklin University, University of South Dakota Foundation and the Columbus Zoo.
H. Whitney Wagner
Whit is currently the CEO of Clear Brook Advisors. He began his business career in 1978 in the corporate banking department at Chemical Bank in New York. He was hired in early 1983 and spent 17 years at Three Cities Research. During this period he was involved in over 50 private investment transactions, was a general partner in the formation of three private equity funds, and advised the Bemberg Group on a wide variety of investments in the U.S. Whit has served as a Director of numerous public and private companies, is on the Advisory Boards of several private equity funds and is a Director of the Brown Brothers Harriman mutual funds. Whit attended St. Paul’s School in Concord, NH and graduated with a BA in Political Science from the University of Vermont in 1978.
Joe Wright
Joseph R. Wright was previously CEO and a Board member of Scientific Games. Prior to that, he was Chairman of Intelsat, the world’s largest provider of satellite/fiber services and CEO of PanAmSat which was acquired by Intelsat in 2006. In the late 1990’s he was Chairman of GRC International Inc., a public company providing advanced IT technologies to government/commercial customers, which was sold to AT&T, and Co-Chairman of Baker & Taylor Holdings, Inc., an international book/video/software distribution and e-commerce company. In the early 1990’s he was EVP, Vice Chairman, and Director of W.R. Grace & Company.

In the 1980’s he served in the U.S. Government under President Reagan as Deputy Director then Director of the Federal Office of Management and Budget in the Executive Office of the President and a member of the Cabinet, and earlier as Deputy Secretary of Commerce. He was one of the few individuals who received the Distinguished Citizens Award from President Reagan. He was later appointed to the President’s Export Council by President George H.W. Bush, to the President’s Commission on the U.S. Postal Service Reform and the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC) by President George W. Bush and to the Defense Business Board by Secretary Gates and President Obama.

Prior to the 1980’s, Mr. Wright was President of several credit card subsidiaries of Citibank and was a partner in Booz, Allen and Hamilton Mines. He lives with his wife, Ellen, in New York City.
